Folky folks….hoping to have the Record Deck in Banbury for the Folk Festival weekend 7-9th October. Folk musics about the town but perhaps more exciting… it now incorporates the Hobby Horse Festival, I think I’d like to get involved wearing a patchwork unicorn with LED horn attachments (solar powered)…anyway Saturday 8th October seems to be the day

I was moored in the sunshine one hour from the start of the K&A and it was just too appealing to turn down its charms….so the floating record shop will be on tour & open at these places and dates in September…

16th to 18th Bradford on Avon
20th to 24thBath
Then Hungerford and Newbury on the way back dates t.b.c.

It’s been perfect cruising conditions this week and I’m close to Oxford. The shop will be open just off Hythe Bridge Street, between the station and the market, Thursday to Sunday from noon until 7pm.
Plenty new stocks will be added everyday.
You can find the floating record shop at Cropredy festival on Thursday Friday and Saturday.
