Today is my last trading day in Oxford
Friday 1st August.
Open 12-7pm ish.
Unless it starts raining.
Just find me by the blue dot on this map.
We are open this weekend in oxford 12-6pm. Today and Sunday too.
Yes that is a dead end in front of the boat…that is the end of the oxford canal.
Had a great weekend in Stratford upon avon. Super friendly folks and plenty of passing vinyl lovers. Will definitely be back next year.
Now headed East again on the GU and then for the oxford canal. The next scheduled opening of thee deck will be in Oxford for a week starting July 26th. Please spread the word to any friends and fam in that neck of the woods.
And keep and eye on my blog and facebook. Likely to be some unscheduled pop ups on the journey.
PS. Hatton, ye evil windswept pant-head. I shall see you again no sooner than May next.
So the Birmingham floating market flew by. It went well, but it does seem that trading from a canal boat does require the vital ingredient of sunshine! Anyway Sunday delivered some of that after a difficult Friday and Saturday…
It was great to meet the other boatin traders and double top thanks to friends and fam for hanging out too. And those folk who gave new homes to some great music (therefore feeding me with pie & tashtar with diesel). I picked up some good tips and ideas for the future (not just make sure you’ve plenty of bunting! Although there certainly was a lot of bunting).
I’m now headed to Stratford-on-avon, hoping to arrive on Wednesday eve, so spread the word and ya welcome to come and visit…help with thee locks is always appreciated, there are 55 of em of this stretch…hint, hint 😉
